Sayaka PCB Router Fixture. It accommodates Sayaka model #SAM-CT23/26NJ/56NJ. This
router is designed for depanelization of densely populated PCBs.

The Sayaka PCB Router is available in three different models to accommodate various
PCB maximum sizes. The route fixture is manufactured to fit customer's specified
router.
Features of the Sayaka PCB Router Fixture include:
. Fixture to be manufactured from ½"aluminum and is gold alodined.
. Four (4) rubber feet to be used on each fixture.
. ESD safe cover to be manufactured as needed to keep components masked from router
dust.
. Alignment pins to be used to secure PCB into fixture.
. Fixture to be manufactured to help reduce movement of PCB during the routing process.

The Sayaka PCB Router Fixture is manufactured in Huntsville, AL.
